Security: Live-in staff provide 24/7 presence. Lock all rooms when leaving.
Tipping: Optional but appreciated. A standard tip is Rp50,000 per staff member per day. Please give tips to Nyoman for equal distribution.
Check-Out: Standard check-out is 12 PM. Late check-out (until 6 PM) is charged at 50% of the room rate.
Medical Assistance: Western-standard hospitals (BIMC, SOS, Siloam) are nearby. An English-speaking doctor is available for house calls. A basic First Aid kit is provided.
